How do I rate an applicant?

After an applicant has worked one of your shifts, you have the opportunity to review them. You can first “thumbs up” or “thumbs down” the talent based on your experience with them.
You can give awards to the talent based on your experience working with them. These badges will display on their profile for future employers to see.
You can make a note of what you like or don’t like about the talent.
You can even add a tip for talent at the close of the shift.
