What is My Croux and how does it work?

My Croux
When you have identified talent that you prefer to keep working with , you can add them to your Croux.
From the applicant details you can click the heart in the top right hand corner of your screen. Clicking this will add the talent to your Croux.
Once you had added them to your Croux, the heart turns red.
From your Admin panel, navigate to “My Croux”. You can view all the talent you have favorited.
