Venture Atlanta has helped launch 843 companies and raise $7.7 billion in funding to date, spinning out $17 billion in successful exits.

“We are thrilled to be included at Venture Atlanta this year,” said CEO and co-founder Jennifer Ryan. “As a founder, this honor underscores Croux’s velocity, traction, and commitment to the region as we reimagine how people work. And as a working mother, it celebrates a real solution for women who want to earn, learn, and grow while balancing their family needs.”

Croux connects trusted talent with flexible work in the hospitality industry, driving local economic growth and increasing individuals’ earning power. The founding team of industry veterans brings a clear-eyed understanding of why the future of work will permanently evolve the hospitality arena, as well as a playbook for how to harness the new way of working to drive the industry forward while empowering and enriching its workers. Led by one of the only female CEOs in the future of work space, Croux has also become a trusted place for women who are seeking more flexible work options as they balance financial pressures with family responsibilities.
