Croux Cares - Benefits for Croux Talent

When we launched Croux in 2021, we knew the industry needed a reset. We were four hospitality veterans and one software engineer that deeply believed that such a reset began with one fundamental change: the improved treatment of the industry’s workers. Through Croux, we started to pursue this mission by providing equal and easy access to flexible work, regardless of background or experience. We added fast payments to ensure our talent could get paid as quickly as possible — as in, immediately after working a shift. Then we launched incentives for jobs well done and referral bonuses for introducing other top talent into the Croux community, all while providing transparency in pay and average pay rates more than double the national minimum wage.

Today, one year after we first introduced Croux, we are thrilled to announce the latest milestone in our long-term mission to serve those who serve: the launch of Croux Cares, our exclusive benefit program for our talent community that provides access to free and low-cost health and well-being protections and perks. This groundbreaking initiative represents our unwavering commitment to prioritize the welfare, growth, and prosperity of our valued talent, enabling them to thrive both professionally and personally.

Starting July 21, all eligible Croux talent who enroll will receive complimentary life and AD&D insurance, counseling services, and prescription discounts. Moreover, our talent will also have the option to access and customize broader coverage, like dental and vision savings plans, roadside assistance, critical illness insurance, accident medical coverage, group fitness classes, mental health support, and more – all available on-demand for just $1 per week each.
