If you need to cancel your shift on the Croux platform, it's essential to communicate the change as soon as possible. To cancel your shift, navigate to your "My Shifts" section in your Croux app, select the relevant shift, and follow the cancellation process. Please note that frequent cancellations may impact your reliability rating and future work opportunities on Croux. Cancellations within 24 hours of the shift start time are considered Late Cancellations and have a much larger impact on your profile than an early cancellation

To maintain a strong reputation, always make sure to plan ahead and manage your commitments responsibly. If you are unable to make a shift, cancelling within the app is a much better option than not showing. No-shows will result in permanent suspension from Croux.
