How does Vouching work?

We believe good people surround themselves with good people. That's why we encourage you to list contacts who might be willing to vouch for your work ethic, character, and/or abilities and improve your changes to get approved and hired.

From the “More” Menu, Tap “Vouch”

In the top right hand corner tap  “+” to add references.

Once you have added your references Name and either a Phone Number or Email, tap “Continue” at the bottom of the app.
